विद्यालय के विभिन्न विभागों (Furniture, Audio-Visual, M&R एवं अन्य स्थायी सामग्रियाँ) की VMC द्वारा दिनांक 30.08.2025 को स्वीकृत Condemned / Write-off वस्तुओं की नीलामी निम्नानुसार आयोजित की जाएगी:
1. नीलामी की तिथि एवं समय / Date & Time of Auction:
11 December, 2025 (Day)
Time: 11:00 AM onwards
2. स्थान / Venue:
Kendriya Vidyalaya Mandi (H.P.)

3. नीलामी हेतु उपलब्ध वस्तुएँ / Items for Auction:
The following categories of condemned items will be auctioned:
Furniture Items (Tables, Chairs, Office Furniture, Benches, etc.)
Audio-Visual Equipment ( Accessories)
M&R Items (Pipe Wrench)
Other Fixed Assets (Fans, Hearters, Exhaust Fan, Fire Extinguishe etc.)

Detailed list of items is available in the Vidyalaya Office and Store Section for inspection.

4. निरीक्षण का समय / Inspection Timing:
Interested bidders may inspect the items on:
08 December 2025
Time: 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

5. पात्रता / Eligibility:
नीलामी में स्थानीय विक्रेता, कबाड़ी, व्यवसायी एवं कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति भाग ले सकता है।
Local vendors, scrap dealers, and any interested individuals may participate.

6. नीलामी की शर्तें / Terms & Conditions:
नीलामी “As is where is” आधार पर होगी।
Auction will be conducted strictly on “As is where is” basis.
सफल बोलीदाता को बोली मूल्य उसी दिन नकद / ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना अनिवार्य होगा।
Successful bidders must make full payment on the same day (Cash/Online).
वस्तुओं को भुगतान के बाद उसी दिन परिसर से ले जाना अनिवार्य है।
All items must be removed from campus on the same day after payment.
विद्यालय प्राचार्य को नीलामी में किसी भी बोली को स्वीकार/अस्वीकार करने का पूर्ण अधिकार है।
The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
बोली लगाने वाले अपने पहचान पत्र साथ लेकर आएँ।
Bidders must bring valid ID proof.
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में विद्यालय का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
The decision of the Vidyalaya shall be final in all matters.
